Tracy Paddock Beam, President
Professional Employment
Tracy began her career in the late eighties as an entertainment journalist and screenwriter in Hollywood, which led to feature film development and production. Over the course of 16 years, she worked on over 40 feature films and several television series, published over a hundred articles, and adapted numerous screenplays.
In 2000 Tracy began consulting for Booz Allen Hamilton as a member of the Defense Information Technology Group, supporting the Commanders in Chief on Homeland Security and Information Superiority initiatives within the DOD, NASA and Space & Naval Warfare. Her Management Consulting experience later led her to program management and strategy consulting for Information Management within the Federal and State Government and later the Energy, Oil and Gas industry and finally brought her to Duvall as a Sr. Solutions Manager in Finance at Microsoft.
Currently Tracy is the CEO of MM360, a certified agency of Immersive Media. MM360, a Duvall based business, delivers full motion, high resolution, interactive spherical video production services which provide turnkey solutions for hospitality, tourism, government, real estate, engineering, media and entertainment markets. A job that combines her passion and subject matter expertise.
Philanthropic Positions
While a Producer in Hollywood, Tracy joined forces with two other filmmaker's to develop the first women’s screening series and film festival in the United States. Originally a one day event sponsored by Kodak and Panavision, the CineWomen Screening Series is now the largest women’s film festival, running a full week in Los Angeles and New York respectively. This success encouraged Tracy to continue lending her experience and talent to underserved communities, focusing on education and economic development through the arts.
Currently Tracy is President of the Cascade Arts and Culture Council, Secretary for the Duvall Cultural Commission, Grant Chairman for the Cascade Community Theatre, supports the Baton Rouge Area Foundation and Fund For Bogalusa with their fundraising and program goals. In the past Tracy has served on numerous boards and had the opportunity to make significant contributions notably for her work with the Academic Distinction Fund in Baton Rouge and the Veterans Museum and Memorial Center in San Diego.
