Mission

The mission of the Cascade Arts & Culture Council (CACC) is to improve the quality of life for residents of the Snoqualmie Valley by encouraging participation in, appreciation of, and education in the arts, heritage and culture.

Background

Cascade Performing Arts Council (CPAC) was incorporated February 26th, 2002.

CPAC has worked hard to ensure a vibrant quality of life here in the Snoqualmie Valley through community partnerships that promoted public awareness of the performing arts, presented high-quality performances by regional artists, and provided educational opportunities in the performing arts.

In 2009, CPAC expanded its mission to include all Arts, Heritage & Culture, and changed its name to Cascade Arts & Culture Council (CACC) in order to better represent the expansion of services to the community.

Cascade Arts & Culture Council is a tax-exempt organization described within section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.

CACC partners with the city and other area non-profits to provide Fiscal Sponsorship to individual projects and programs with focus areas which include Dance, Design, Folk, Traditional Arts, Literature, Media Arts (Film, Radio, Television), Museums, Music, Opera, Presenting, Theatre and the Visual Arts.
