CACC Filmmaker's Committee is proud to announce the First Annual

Cascade Screenplay Competition

Producer's Claudia Christian and Tracy Beam

The CACC Filmmaker's Committee is dedicated to fostering independent filmmaking.  We strive to encourage artisitic innovation, promote new and creative filmmaking, and foster discussion about independent film and other forms of media which preserve our culture, challenge our thinking and entertain the public.

The primary objective of the Cascade Screenplay Competition is to bring the interdisciplinary talents which are prolific in our region together to afford opportunity and leverage talent.  The Cascade Screenplay Competition Producer's Panel and Awards Ceremony will be held in May of 2010 and open to anyone.

"The real value is in the cross industry connections we hope our competitors will make as part of the process. Currently we have Filmmaker's Claudia Christian, John Morrissey, and Maricel Pagulayan who have agreed to particpate on the Producers Panel  and we are in the process of lining up some local professionals as well." - Tracy Beam
