2nd Annual Duvall Art Walk

Historic Downtown Duvall's Mainstreet

 

The 2nd Annual Duvall Art Walk follows an extremely successful event in 2009. Businesses, and other venues along the Historic Downtown Duvall Main Street, will host juried fine arts and live music showcasing local and regional talent. Join us for an evening celebrating the arts in a relaxed atmosphere just right for a summer stroll! Duvall…it’s closer than you think. 

 

Duvall Heritage Festival

Saturday, September 25

10am - 4pm

Dougherty Farmstead

Join us for the Duvall Heritage Festival on Saturday, September 25th from 10am to 4pm at the historical Dougherty Farmstead on Cherry Valley Road (across from Cherry Valley Elementary).
The Duvall Heritage Festival celebrates the history and heritage of Duvall and the people who live here.  Activities include tours of the historic farmstead,  hands-on logging demonstrations, live performances of song and story, and demonstrations of traditional crafts and skills.  All activites are FREE to the public thanks to the Duvall Cultural Commission and the Duvall Historical Society.

Brighten Beach Memoirs, a Tony award winning comedy by Neil Simon, focuses on Eugene Morris Jerome, a Polish-Jewish teenager who experiences puberty, sexual awakening, and a search for identity as he tries to deal with his family issues.
